Discuss disgust

I'm never touching wine again. Ever. I've never particularly liked wine, but yesterday was enough to make me swear off it forever.

Attended a friend's bbq and got sucked into a drinking game.. Big mistake number 1. :P But at first they were drinking vodka mixers, and I'm fine with that. Heck, I'm even fine with vodka shots. But after we finished a couple of jugs, they decided to move on to wine.

My second big mistake came when I made enemies with the host's husband and wife team. 2v1, bad. Kenna 3-hit combo by them, had to drink 3 whole cups of wine. Good game.

I suppose red wine is great in little sips when you're eating a yummy steak. But it gulping down by the plastic cup is disgusting. Having to bottoms up 3 times in quick succession is absolutely disastrous.

I'm usually a pretty good drinker.. Had it been 3 shots of vodka I'd probably have been fine, albeit high. But I'd never drunk wine like that before. So I wasn't exactly prepared for what happened next.

It came suddenly, I didn't even feel any nausea. I just leaned over the side of the chair and barfed. Alot. It was horribly disgusting.. At least I didn't puke on anyone else, thankfully. :P

I couldn't walk very well at that point, and they had to half carry me over to another chair so they could clean up. I'm a giggler when I'm drunk, so I just sat there laughing hysterically.

It might be awhile before I live down the embarassment. *blush*
